Sometimes debtors are not always honest and I have succesfully found substancial assets for creditors and had debtors discharges denied in cases were the debtor was not forthright with the Court .
Judgment Enforcement/Collection
You've had your day in Court and won! Unfortunatly that's only half the battle. If the other side is refusing to pay your judgment you need to use the tools offered by the legal system to force them to pay. I can assist and will often handle this type of matter on contingency.
